I am satisfied with my purchase. The side burner works well and the inside burners are real good.It holds the heat very well. The side panels, rear panel and bottom grease tray are NOT stainless steel. The rest of the grill is stainless steel.
The sales rep told me during my order that they do not have it in stock and will take at least two week to deliver. It took a little over 2 weeks for delivery. I did call them before the 2 weeks was up and they returned my call in a reasonable time to tell me about the delivery. My credit card was not charged until the grill was delivered.
The delivery is by a third party and AJ Madison did tell me that I must inspect the item completely prior to signing for it. I removed all the parts and they looked good. However the side panels which were packed very well on the side of the box were dented. I did have to hammer the dents with wood blocks and a heavy rubber mallet. The dents are not noticeable now. You have to look at the entire grill like you would crystal and run your hand through it to make sure it is ok. The assembly took me 2 hours mostly by myself. I needed someone to help me lift the burners.
Overall I am happy with the service I received from AJ Madison. I would purchase from them again. I did not like having to wait 2 weeks for the grill but they were up front with the shipping schedule and for the price it was worth the wait.
I've used this grill 4 times now and I am very happy with it.

FINALLY!!!! This grill does it all. The grill was delivered by freight( free shipping at the time) and was put together by myself and a friend in about 2hours. Stainless steel construction was not flimsy by any means, the hood is very heavy but the deisgn makes it easy to open and close.
The infra red burner is a true infra red( not like more available commercial brands found at big box stores) and is excellent for putting a nice crust on a steak or some pork chops, keeping the centers nice and juicy. Just watch them close(finish them on the cooler side of the grill).
The grill has heavy gauge stainless steel "s"shaped grill which will not warp ( I cleaned my grill and let it get nice and hot, walked away for a few minutes and figured the grill temperture got to over 750 degrees!!! Nothing warped).
The side burner works well and is sturdy. The charcoal insert is inexpensive and well, well worth it when you need to cook slow and low. The rotisserie kit has yet to be christened, but looks to be well built with a halogen light attached to it as well.
The cabinets underneath have heavy duty doors and are perfect for storing anything associated with this grill, such as charcoal, or the insert, heavy gloves, brushes, the rotisserie kit, etc. And i just took the grill out of storage and it fired up on the first click of the ignition. I live two blocks from the ocean and the steel had no pitting from the salt, and shined right up with a little cleaner and elbow grease. And the knobs even light up at night.
Overall, this grill is beautiful, well built, solid construction and was well worth the money and exceeded my expectations. The same grill with the same features from another company was substantially higher priced. SO GLAD I GOT THIS GRILL!!!!!
