Please note,
This oven will stop working after you self clean it; both the upper and lower ovens. Mine had to be serviced four times before the technicians determined that the thermoster fails after the self clean. This is because of a design flaw in where LG has located the thermoster. The company is aware of this flaw but will make you go through the hoops before they replace the defective unit.

After 6 visits by a technician, LG finally decided to replace the oven. It was tagged as unrepairable. The unit never heated correctly and never moved off preheating. From the first time we used the oven to the day LG replaced the oven took 2 months.This process took way too long and the customer service was ridiculous. In all, we talked to 10 different people at 5 different locations/businesses to get this oven replaced. What a nightmare!!!

This oven was very easy to install. Dimensions were accurate and precise. Electrical included 3 wires including a ground. Fits nicely and used 2 screws to secure. My Width dimension was a tad bigger than required thus only one side could be fastened by screws, but the unit is heavy and won't be going anywhere......It works great. Many types of heat cycles and very pleasant ring reminders of when unit is up to temp or timer is triggered. Temperature appears to be accurate although not checked yet. Everything I have cooked has been perfect. Good choice so far...2 months.
