Unit rusts extensively from the inside out near the beach. LG will not cover any units with rust on them even though they are rusting from the inside out and there is no way to clean them internally. I have 72 units which I bought for my motel and now they said too bad. Their advertising states their "Gold Fin technology protects the unit from the corrosive effectgs of salt air" but now they say they won't warranty them around the ocean.

Added a sunroom on, 200 sq ft, with a 7 windows and a sliding glass door. Cools excellent. Leave the door open from the main house, leave the LG in power saver mode, can't even tell a difference in the temps. To me, it is just a little bit loud, but ok.
