This is an interesting product with tons of options but don't try to bake in it. I have had a LG repair man out here and the temperature in both ovens is right on. The problem is that in the old style baking with an element in the bottom, there was radiant heat from the element to the bottom of the baking pan. In this oven, since there is no element and thence no radiant heat to the bottom, the baked goods are crisp around the edges and top but the center of the baked good is raw. I have tried numerous temperatures and times but get the same result ... the top and sides are overcooked or burned and the center is raw.
This oven is excellent for cooking roasts, etc where the need for radiant heat is not an issue. I think it is unfortunate that LG does not make the purchaser aware of this problem. We have owned the oven for about 6 months and after total frustrations with baked goods, we are seriously considering replacing it with the style with the element. We purchased this oven from LG because we have an LG washer, drier and refrigerator and are extremely pleased with LG product lines until we purchased this oven .... big mistake.

So easy to use. The food actually taste better. We've owned a few ovens since 1975 & both my wife & I agree this is the best ever. It has features I wasn't even aware of when purchased. Installed myself with the help of my son. Works great. We now have washer/dryer, Frig & dishwasher by LG. Very satisfied with all.
