This microwave oven looks amazing in my new kitchen. The oven itself works, however, the filter (which was the main reason I got this model) does not seem to be working as described. I was doing some light cooking and put the filter on "Turbo" which is the highest setting and I did not see any noticeable suction (not to mention 400 cubic feet/ minute that was advertized). You could get a much cheaper model without the suction for the same effect.

I like the quietness and the overall quality. Advanced features like the radiation proof glass and additional vents are great. Control panel is not convenient to use. I prefer the large displays on the right side rather than at the bottom. One touch buttons for quick defrost and buttons for 1,2 and 3 minute cooking are needed. Once the cooking cycle is finished beep sounds few times. There is no reminder beeps in case we forget to take out the food.

I am very pleased with my new microwave, it is very quiet, heats quickly, and easy to use. I love the stainless steel look, and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Cooking food and having to warm it in the oven has always been a hassle. Sometimes it would dry out or the oven would heat up the house. With the warming feature, once the food has been prepared and we're delayed in eating, the food is well preserved. Its quiet, sleek, looks good and out performs our old microwave. I love it and would certainly recommend this model to anyone wanting to purchase and LG Microwave.
