i HAVE JUST PURCHASED YOUR LG MODEL LSC26905TT FRIDGE. AND AM SO PLEASED WITH IT. IT RUNS SO QUITE I CAN HARDLY HEAR IT RUNNING UNLESS IT IS DROPPING ICE. THE TITANIUM FINISH LOOKS LIKE STAINLESS, BUT DOES NOT SMEAR LIKE STAINLESS. IT TELLS ME IF I LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN OR DID NOT SHUT IT COMPLETELY. I CAN GET MY TALL GLASS UNDER THE ICE DISPENSER AND NOT HAVE ICE FALLING EVERYWHERE, IT IS GREAT!!! WOULD RECCOMEND AN LG PRODUCT TO ALL MY FRIENDS

Purchased in July 2007, and worked great until a few months ago when it was about 2 years old. Started making a high pitched sound when the fan was running. Recently the ice maker started leaking water in the freezer section, so now I have ice in the freezer all down the back wall. The ice maker also stopped working. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty from my retailer. I am awaiting our appointment. For the price we paid for the product, I would have expected it to last much longer before needing repair.

Contrary to the previous reviewer, we've been quite pleased with the performance of our LG. We've had it about two years with no problems (knock, knock, knock - wood). I've even noticed that food lasts longer than it did with our older Fridgedare. (It was 20 yrs old - to give you some perspective.) Hope this LG lasts as long.

The only downfall to me is that the water filter is on the inside, but I've heard the water gets colder that way? I will be buying more LG products in the future including a new LCD tv."
