Have had problems with not one but two of these microwaves since July 2012. The control panel frame was crooked, pops off and rubs against door. Customer service at LG & AJ Madison has been terrible. After months and months of waiting on a resolution for the first one, AJ Madison & LG finally replaced it. Upon receipt, the second ones is the same! Right during the Holidays, too.

This microwave does everything. I purchased it to match my new LG range. The venting is powerful, the convection really does brown, the microwave is powerful and it is very easy to understand. I am very glad I purchased a LG product.

We bought this microwave a week ago specifically for the convection function. I tried to use the convection feature today and it errors out with an F5 code that oddly enough cannot be found anywhere in the terrible excuse for a manual that was included.
I will be returning this horrible lemon of a product for a refund and buying a convection microwave from a different manufacturer.

Very easy to use. It looks great. Was easy to install-used same mounting bracket and mounted exactly as the old one. I installed it in less than 5 minutes.
