Rated 1 out of 5 Poor Choice Money pit Within the first 6 months I had the repairman here 4 times as it would not spin. They replaced the main circuit board twice. It worked OK for 4 years and now the pump is broken. A Pump repair is $360.00. Cheap plastic handle and cheap plastic soap dispenser. Who knows what will happen next. I have had it and won't buy Whirlpool again 1/29/13
Rated 5 out of 5 Quick and Quiet Just installed this washer after having it stored in my basement since Feb. 2006! Originally purchased to be a 2nd set for the 2nd floor. Never got to that project, but when my 20 yr. old Maytag died over Christmas we pulled this one up and hooked it up. It is so quiet and uses so little water and soap, I can't belive it! No need to wait to accumulate a big load. Muddy towels from wiping the dog's paws come out spotless when they used to be dingy in my old machine using the same soap. Just make sure you have it levelled properly so it doesn't walk out of the room!! 1/10/13
