Rated 2 out of 5 by KitchenAid let me down Bought high end KitchenAid oven, wine cooler, and ice machine 5.5 years ago. All 3 have had major failures, the oven from a design flaw corrected in later models. Evaporator in ice machine just failed. I called KA to ask for some assistance since the part was 5 months out of warranty and because I've have had to pay for major repairs on every appliance I've bought from them. Response was "sorry, but you are responsible. It is certainly your right to take your business elsewhere." I hope to never buy KA or Whirlpool again. 3/22/11
