Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of Money I had the item installed in January and last week it stopped working. I checked to see if the hose was secured tightly to dispense the soap and it was fine. I was expecting more for the price. Looks nice, but what's the point if it doesn't work ten months later. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 10/14/12
Rated 3 out of 5 Tolerable for matching soap dispenser... Previous reviewers complained that this dispenser doesn't dispense. My problem is that it's very hard to push down, but it does dispense soap. The "straw" portion that the soap leaves from is really long (about 3 inches). It is awkward to push down and still hold a hand/sponge under. PLUS, the head wobbles making it feel insecure. Over all, it's cute, matches my faucet, but every time I use it I feel like it will break in my hand! I'd purchase again just to plug the extra hole in my sink and for aesthetics, but don't intend to use often. 6/18/12
