For your convenience, exceptional standard features are available with every KitchenAid microwave model, such as Sensored Cooking Cycles, and an Auto Convection Menu which generously includes 41 preset recipes. The Sensored Cooking Cycles automatically adjust the temperature and length of time particular foods are cooked in order to ensure perfection. This feature is ideal for items such as vegetables and select types of meat, which require more precise cooking requirements.

The Auto Convection Menu is exceptionally popular with those who enjoy the ability to prepare homecooked meals on a regular basis, but just simply don't have the time. The 41 preset recipes allow you to combine traditional oven-like convection with the convenience of microwave speed to produce an end result that is so delicious, you would swear it was gourmet.

Rated 1 out of 5 unreliable Touch pad died after 6 months while under warranty and was repaired. Now, at not even 4 years the magnetron has died. I am not a heavy user and just use it to re-warm things or make popcorn, tho it worked well while it lasted. 2 major failures in under 4 years is not acceptable! Will not be buying another KitchenAid microwave. 7/15/12

Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't Buy This Product Bought this microwave a year and a half ago. During normal use the handle broke. Of course that part is not under warranty. You would think the handle of all things would be made better. Can't just buy a handle and replace it either. You need to get a repair company to come out to fix it. Add labor of $129 + the cost of the part would cost over $200 to fix. Had to buy a new microwave. Not happy. 9/20/11
