The Kitchenaid KGST307HWH 30-Inch Self-Cleaning Slide-In Gas Range with Convection Bake/Broil/Roast. The Convection System found on KitchenAid ranges uses the basic convection principle of a dedicated rear fan that circulates heated air throughout the oven cavity. The fan starts when you press one of the convection pads (bake, broil, or roast). A series of baffles assists the heated air to ensure that it circulates over, under, and around foods - so you get even cooking results.
