AquaLift Self-Clean Technology
Removes the most common concerns about self-cleaning cycles: time, odor, and temperature. An exclusive oven coating utilizes low heat and water to release baked-on spills. As a result, you can clean your oven in less than an hour without odors and at a temperature below 250°F.
ClearVue Large Viewing Window
A full-width glass inner door panel allows the front door frame to be minimized to provide a wide, full view of all three racks when the door is closed.
5-Burner Cooktop
Gives you the versatility to accommodate different-sized cookware. Each burner features a range of power levels that lets you boil water quickly or find the perfect simmer level.

Cooktop knobs turn on when you walk by, or lean over to adjust oven controls. Aqualift Self Clean does nothing to clean oven.

Works OK but can't recommend this stove for the following reasons:
1. Hard to clean stovetop. The junction where the burners meet the stove surface are these ridges that gather crud that's hard to remove.
2. The oven cavity opens into the drawer so only oven-ready items can be stored there. Plastic stuff will melt.
3. The timer and oven temp setting share some buttons so we keep on turning off the stove or resetting the temp when working with the timer.
4. The front burners do not reduce enough to simmer without burning.
5. The burners are too close together so one cannot use the back and front burners effectively with large pots.

This replaced a 15 year old white stove and we are very pleased with our choice. The 5 burners and continuous grate on the stove top were features we were looking for and this KitchenAid model was a good value. I like the large oven window, the control panel, and especially the low temperature self cleaning feature. I cook every day and the stove top is easy to clean. The large power burners boil a pot really fast, and the small burners keep a good simmer. The oven heats up very quickly. I like the 3 racks. A very minor note is the timer that continues to ring (gently) until you push 'timer off.'
