Rated 3 out of 5 by RS unhappy user grates are uneven. even flat bottomed pans do not sit evenly. all igniters come on when you are trying to turn on just one burner. the pans heat up more on sides rather than center. grates are heavy and require both hands to lift up for cleaning 9/6/11

Rated 5 out of 5 by UncleSam Recommend I love the KitchenAid 30" Sealed Burner Cooktop KFGS306VSS (5 burner unit). Very pleased. Definitely recommend. Note: the propane conversion is a little complicated for the do-it-your-self people. I especially love that my wife loves to cook with it much more than she did with the former electric cooktop. 5 burners rather than 4 is definitely a plus. 3/23/10
