Yeah, that's right. It comes with a special rack to put it on so that it will pop and it still doesn't. Half the bag pops and burns while the other half does nothing.
Baked goods are still uneven when using the convection and the cooking time is not cut down as much as claimed. Maybe not even 20%.
For this much money, I want popcorn.

Tons of cooking options!
Not used to the amount of hot air kicked out into kitchen. (replaced GE oven kept the heat in) this may also affect the energy efficiency?

We replaced a 15 year old GE Microwave oven combination with this unit; Installed it myself... not very much work at all. I had a little problem putting the doors back on because of the bracket so pay close attention to the instructions.
We really love the convection ovens, especially the microwave that doubles as a second oven!! For us this gives us a double oven without the space requirement of a traditional double oven.
We used to grill out much more than we do now that we have this oven... We are both very pleased with the performance, cooking, and looks of this unit. Highly recommended!
