I purchased this oven in February 2011 and wanted to make sure I used it enough before reviewing. I am giving this a 5 star rating. I love this oven. First off it looks fabulous. The soft key panel works exceptionally well (my older Kitchen Aid oven did not) and is easy to use. It does seem to take a little longer preheating, but I no longer notice this. Baked products have all come out as expected, so no concerns about varying oven temps. Convection works great for multiple trays of cookies baking at once. The oven racks have a cutout handle on them to help you pull out when needed, and the bottom rack has a track, making it easier to pull out the rack to lift the larger items. And the frosting on the cake is the timer and oven notification ring -- so pleasant to the ear. No annoying buzz. Stainless is shiny and easy to keep clean.

This oven replaces a twenty year old klunker and we're still learning how to use all the new gadgets on it. The convection upper and lower has added a new dimension to our cooking; we've used the bread proofing capability and the dual timers a number of times and they're easy to use once you get the hang of things
