Rated 1 out of 5 by Needs Class Action Lawsuit Kitchen Aid needs to correct the flaws in this new oven and refund every buyer. An oven that never turns the convection fan off is a convection only oven, even though this is sold as a convection and regular bake oven. Every muffin or cake is burned at the back facing the fan and Kitchen Aid claims that this is how it is supposed to function. I have had two service companies come out and call Kitchen Aid and get the same responses. This is now a $2000 oven that I cannot bake in and that I cannot get rid of. I am devastated. 3/4/13
