Rated 3 out of 5 by KGirl Looks good but not performing It looks great and the cost was good compared to Wolf and Viking. I have always liked Kitchenaid but I think I might have gotten a lemon. I've had it for about 2 months and the griddle does not drain right...I've had 3 service calls and had to fight kitchenaid to get a new griddle. They tried to feed me some line about how "it's supposed to drain like that..." meanwhile I'm rigging my 7500 range griddle. Anyway...I hope by getting anew griddle might help. I also had to get the controls replaced. Ugggg...just get the extended warranty if you buy this... 9/27/12
