We had our refrigerator two months and it then failed to cool. The repairman had to take the fridge back to the shop where it then worked. It was dead when it left here and working coming back. Repair couldn't find anything wrong with it. KitchenAid would not replace the unit only fix it. I'm sure the unit will fail again. You have to go through horrible voice recognition in order to speak to a KitchenAid service agent and then they won't do anything for you.

The KitchenAid Architect is an excellent product. It was so quiet that we did not know the installation was complete. The refrigerator was cooled down in no time and it has been one of the best purchases we've made for our new home.
