This is a good product overall. But, like another reviewer, I had issues after less than a year of use with the freezer building up ice. In my case the problem was a clog in the freezer drain line caused by dust/grit. The repair man showed me how to clean it out and this fixed the problem: Remove the vent panel from the lower back of the unit. Using a flashlight, locate a little black rubber funnel shaped piece that drains water from the freezer into the drain pan. Pull it off, rinse it out and re-install it. Perhaps a design flaw, but I'm taking more care now to vacuum under the front of the refrigerator and 6 months later have not had a recurrence.

The freezer builds up ice and does not defrost; started right before 1 year . But because it's a bottom freezer didn't see it till it was too late (after 1-year warranty ran out). If a $1500.00 refrigerator can't last 1 year it's not a refrigerator you should buy. I will never again buy any Whirlpool product. Be careful of what you buy or you could have problems as well.

Good Refrigerator. Shelves are easily adjustable. The refrigerator section does not have a huge amount of space, but it is adequate for a family of 3 perhaps 4. The freezer space is small. You really need a spare fridge or freezer if you have a larger family. I absolutely love the water filter and water dispenser. I have had this for less than a year, so I do not know how reliable this is.

Nice fridge and well laid out, love the french doors and bottom freezer. This model has water inside the door which is fine for me, but the design is awkward, you need two hands - one to hold the glass and one to push the button. I wish the crispers had the satin glide like the deli tray
