As an update to a previous review, our unit is keeping temperatures right at 37 degrees in the coldest section, 48 in the white wine and 57 in the red wine section. The bottom shelf still sucks, but if you know this before buying it's a minor inconvenience and does not take away a lot from the functionality of the unit.
As a note to another review on door closure. The unit has adjustable feet on all four corners. The back adjusters NEED to be lower than the front adjusters, and depending on the way your door swings, the foot just under the hinges of the door needs to be slightly higher than the opposite foot on the fron of the unit. This will ensure the door closes every time. It's not hard to adjust, but does require pulling the unit out and using some trial and error. There is no reason an installer shouldn't be able to adjust the unit so that the door closes automatically, BUT as a user it's still up to you to make sure it's closed. If you close it too hard it can bounce back open. If you close it too soft and not all the way it may not swing closed. It's not different than a refrigerator, but it doesn't have the door weight to help.

I was not aware that the bottom shelf in the unit is completely useless. It is not on rollers and justs sits at the bottom of the unit. You have to pull really hard to get it out so trying to put wine on that shelf you must be very careful.
Also, the door does not close easliy. If you do not make sure it is shut with a very gentle touch it will just pop open.
We have have the repair tech out twice to look at it and are told that is the way the unit is made.

Though a little more expensive than I think it should be, I have been happy with this product. It houses all of our kids drinks at a level where they can reach. We also keep wine and beer in the lower levels. Because we want the drinks cooler than the original settings, ours is kept at 35, 45, 55. It varies a little from time to time, but seems to be a quality unit.

This unit was installed in our new house & it looks great, but performs poorly. One week after moving in, called in the repairman because the top shelf stayed at 44 degrees (too warm for coffee creamers, etc.); we combined a pantry with wine/coffee bar, had thought we could keep refrigerator items on the top shelf... not the case.
The second trip, two repairman came to install a new thermostat... took over 3 hours (with two men), stating this unit is "not serviceable".. after reassembling the unit, it's somewhat cooler, but still not down to the advertised 37 degrees. For now, the unit is still under warranty, paying for service calls in the future is NOT something we look forward to & would replace it with something else before that repair call occurs.
Bottom rack is somewhat useless.. to fill w/wine bottles and then have to physically lift the heavy rack to pull out is just not a good design!
