I immediately noticed that this unit has an appetite for light bulbs and unfortunately the one inside the oven went after only a couple of weeks. I say unfortunate because it appears that this bulb is not meant to be user-serviceable and is a complete pain to get at. You also need to turn the power off to the microwave or risk getting a shock when changing it.
For the past year, the rotary controller has been hard to use and seems to cause the numbers to jump all over the place instead incrementally. This is quite annoying but not sufficiently broken to warrant calling someone out (yet).
I seem to recall that the magnetron failed and it was replaced under warranty but I may be thinking about a different microwave...
I got this because I wanted a combination microwave and convection oven. In the 6 years that I've had it, I've used the convection features only a couple of times. It was one of those features I thought I wanted, but never actually used.
Finally, it doesn't see to be as powerful as other microwaves I've used.

Lots of control features for both microwave and convection oven. Convection oven does nice job without heating up the whole house. Microwave works as expected, and the dials and buttons are quickly learned. Good built-in help feature for the controls. Based on time ranges listed on food packages, this unit operates at the high end of the microwave power spectrum. Remember that you will need a place to store the convection racks when you use as a microwave. Also, racks and insides will be hot when you are done with convection, so beware when you want to switch to microwave afterward. Also: convection ovens do not 'brown' crusts and such like a regular oven will, so adjust cooking accordingly.

We really enjoy this microwave, as the one it replaces was 20 years old. We are still learning the functions, but instructions appear on the screen.
