I was excited to be purchasing an oven with a Sabbath mode, but was very dissapointed to find that there is no way to prevent the light from turning on when opening the door of the oven, even when in Sabbath mode. We have been taping the button every week to try to prevent it from releasing when the door is opened.
The size of the oven is also disappointing. The outside size is much bigger than our previous Modern Maid double gas oven, but the inside size is much smaller.
Also there is a design flaw in the clock: it doesn't show the time when in Sabbath mode or when using a timed function. This was not an issue with the old oven when using timed functions.
Other than that- the oven works great and looks pretty.

I needed a new double oven to replace the 30-year-old double oven in my condo. Unfortunately, it was built-in to the cabinetry which allowed only 24" for width. There are only a couple double ovens made that fit this small space -- so I really had no choice but to purchase this one. It works fine (so far), but the design of the top control panel makes it look like a really cheapo oven.
This cheapness goes further -- the top oven has digital controls, while the bottom oven has an old-fashioned dial. I have no idea why they couldn't make both ovens with digital control.

So nice to have ovens that both work. Only the top is self-cleaning and programable, but this works well for my cooking and baking needs. The timer feature and notification of target temp are beneficial.

The oven arrived 100% ok.
Installation was no problem since we were replacing an oven the same size.
The oven seems to be working 100% so far.
