With its deep recessed cooktop, the JGP933 was designed to help contain spills and make cleaning easy and the sealed cooktop burners eliminates the space between the burners and the cooktop to help contain spills and boil over liquids. Delivering 15,000 BTUs of forceful heat, the Power Boil burner is ideal for rapid boiling. For delicate foods and sauces, the Precise Simmer Burner delivers a low setting of 140 degrees.
