We have had this model for less than a year and the inside coating is coming off revealing the metal. Now we cannot use it anymore. What a waste!

This oven challenges everything you want to do.
I push the 4 minute express, and take the food out after 3.5 minutes. There is no way to reset it. You have to let it run the last 30 seconds empty. Then it beeps at you until you open and close the door.
You can't just push START and open the door when you think the time is right. You have to program it.
It keeps bugging me to set the clock. I DON'T WANT A CLOCK! I want a simple micro wave!
