Expensive appliance but seems comparable in quality to the subzero I feel (value therefore is average I guess.) I've owned for only a month now so I don't know about reliability but I it is working well, it has some refrigerator noise, it's not completely silent but doesn't sound loud enough to bother me (it's quieter than my Miele dishwasher, if that gives anyone a reference). I am overall very satisfied. The capacity is fantastic for it's size, there is not interior trimming taking up valuable space. One issue I had to alert my family to is that if the drawers are not shut all the way (which requires more effort than just a flick of the wrist) the light stays on heating the interior. A blinking light (not an audible alarm) on the interior control panel alerts you to a high temperature problem if this happens.
