No more than two products per category. Maximum of nine pieces. Rebate form must be submitted or postmarked by July 20, 2012. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, complete and mail in the rebate form and all required documentation by the given postmark date.

All purchases must be on the same dealer sales invoice. Rebate will consist of 10% off the purchase price (excluding tax). Rebate form must be postmarked by January 25, 2012. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, complete and mail in the rebate form and all required documentation by the given postmark date.

Rewards are as follows:
•   Purchase at least three (3) 300, 500 or 800 Series Bosch Appliances and receive a 10% rebate** of the purchase price*.
OR
•   Purchase at least three (3) 800 Series Bosch Appliances and receive a 15% rebate** of the purchase price* for all eligible Bosch models purchased.

*Purchase price is actual net price paid on receipt after any discounts and excludes sales tax, installation, disposal or any other fees.

**Any package discount will be deducted from the total price paid used to calculate the 10% or 15% rebate. Bosch reserves the right to determine 10% or 15% rebate amount.
