This is a really nice microwave. We took out the old one and we were redoing our kitchen in all Bosch appliances. We had a choice between the less expensive oven or this one. We opted for the pricier oven. It does everything we expected and more. It is an oven that heats. You can bake cookies and cakes, cook a roast etc. with heat and not micro wave energy. This was pretty much an unexpected benefit. But it's a convection oven. Bosch was more concerned about warnings (it's hot, don't get burned, etc.) and really didn't give any instructions on adjustments to cook times because of the convection capability. It seems like in the past when I purchased a micro wave, it always came with a receipt book that i could use to help me adjust to the new appliance. Bosch-You made a great appliance but rather than just sending 4 pages of warnings to cover your liability, send some info on actually cooking with your product so we can learn about "baking" in our micro wave.

An example of a well manufactured product. A word of warning for remodels. This is a hard unit to retrofit because of the size and configuration but definitely worth the effort....
