It is easy to use right out of the box, I keep the operating manual close by as I haven't had convection before....It is great, I love cooking all my cookies at once and no more "oh dear this has to cook at 350 and I am already cooking something at 400" I have two ovens, I can cook at two temperatures!!!! LOVE it! Beautiful too! 9/28/11
