Over the past 2 years i have had 2 bosch ovens. Within the first 6 months the first one stopped working at least 8 times with an error code 24 on the read out panel. Bosch's solution? Turn breaker off then back on again. And yes it did work. Until the 6th time it did it. No one seems to know what the error code means but i had the sensor replaced twice. Then finally gave up, called Bosch and used my service plan to turn it in for the higher priced model, the Bosch 30" Wall Oven HBL540UC . It worked for a few months and started doing the same thing as the last one. Had the service tech over 4 times, the error code came on at least 10 times and i finally screamed enough that i was able to get a full ( almost ) refund from the 5 year service warranty i fortunately decided to get when i got the new oven. Total waste of money. Dont buy one.

Our first convection oven so I don't have a good frame of reference but it seems to cook quickly and well. Very simple, intuitive control input, we like the way that the dials retract for storage.
The unit itself uses every cubic inch inside the cabinet which is great - no dead space.

I replaced a Jenn Aire wall oven with this Bosch
model and can't believe how quickly cookies bake using the convection oven...I'm looking forward to the holidays so I can roast a king sized turkey for my entire family!

Fabulous just fabulous,, this is how I describe this convection oven.
I made a 7 lbs turkey breast the other day and the meat was falling off the bone. Not because of any prep work done to the turkey but because the Convection Roast cooks evenly and crisping the skin to perfection. I even baked brownies and they were perfectly baked evenly.
This is a Bosch one of the best brands in the world. These folks take pride in anything they make. A Bosch will never let you down even though it may be a little pricier then average but then again Bosch is not average.
