Rated 5 out of 5 by gg Great Ovens
These ovens are easy to use in all respects. The large glass doors make it possible to view what one is cooking without the necessity of opening the oven door.
The temperature is spot-on....even pastry cooks evenly
without any need to manually turn the dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MN Mom Great ovens!
I bought several appliances as part of a kitchen remodel and am very pleased with them all, however, my favorite might be this double oven. The controls are easy to use; temperature seems to be right on (I love to bake); the 30" size gives ample room for large dishes and cookie sheets. Convection option on the upper oven works well - both pans of cookies are done at the same time. And as a bonus, the ovens look very nice too - very sleek design. I would recommend these ovens!

Rated 5 out of 5 So far, we're in love
I work in the test kitchen at King Arthur Flour. I chose this oven because it had the features we were going to use the most. Once it was installed, we all rejoiced. It's early days, but the calibration is dead on. The window is ginormous, and we don't have to open the door to see how things are doing. We've photographed food for our blog right through it.
The interior is bigger than other 30-inch ovens I've used; you can pretty much spin a half sheet pan around without having to take it all the way out.
The vent on the bottom took a little getting used to, but with 7 ovens in the kitchen it's warm in there no matter what. I imagine in a cool house it would be almost like a supplemental heater in winter.
