Rated 1 out of 5 by Really Upset Beware or buy extended warranty
The touch pad will fail within 2 years. Google 'touchpad fails' on whirlpool slide-in range and you'll see how widespread the problem is. It costs $500 to repair & no guarantee it will not fail again.
If you must buy, get extended warranty.
Not impressed and very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by Deedee Love everything about it
Yeah it's pretty to look at but it's really functional and works well too! I've had mine 1&1/2 yrs now and I don't know why there are complaints about the burner size, for cryin' out loud aren't 3 size options enough for on a stove??? I can use 2 of my largest pans for cooking at the same time as I use my itty bitty pan for sauces or veggies. The oven is AWESOME!!! Talk about accurate and even baking! And the self clean function does a great job! The top is beautiful and takes a little time to clean but ALL of the flat cook tops do! Believe me I've had the white with gray flecks and it's just the same - takes a little time but not alot of elbow grease. Sometimes I don't clean the top off and the stuff burns on the burner but it still comes perfectly clean when I do clean it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by GrandMa Doesn't perform well
This glass top looks great until you cook on it. It's so difficult to keep up...doesn't clean and shine well at all. And having four elements with only two different sizes is really inconvenient and not energy effiecient, as one finds oneself cooking on elements that are frequently either too large or too small for various cookware.

Rated 2 out of 5 by foodsteaks Cooktop impossible to clean, keypad fails fast
This unit looks good - until the first time you use the glass cooktop. It gets fouled from the first use and is impossible to clean the hot spots. The keypad also starting having button failures in less than a year. Just ordered a service call to have it replaced. Apparently a common issue on these "lower cost" Whirlpool units
