Rated 3 out of 5 A bit disappointed
I am a bit disappointed with this fridge. I was very much looking forward to it and researched and chose this unit. The front of the fridge looks greet, but the sides are an UGLY dark gray orange peel textured service. Since this is not counter depth and sticks out a few inches. The gray is very niticeable, black would have been much better. Do like the roomy inside, ice maker and cold filtered water.

Our refrigerator is about 18 months old. The defroster quit working today and it was $497 to repair. No warranty beyond 12 months on a product like this...very interesting. My bad for not factoring that into the buying decision.
Everything else has worked well but there are some things that are growing old. The ice being in the bottom area has not been as 'smart' as I had originally thought. Another issue is that....The fingerprints show up unmercifully! Cleaning the doors (if you have kids) is a daily chore as nothing is hidden with this particular finish.
Other than what is mentioned, it has worked fairly well until now...but $497 is a hefty repair bill for a fridge that is slightly less than 18 months old!

Rated 5 out of 5 Good fridge
This is a great fridge! It looks great and is very spacious and functional. We really like the soda holder on the door. The water dispenser inside the door keeps the front clean looking. It is a little hard to fill our coffee carafe and some pitchers.
I was a little worried about making such a large purchase online. The verification process took a little longer than expected because we were having it delivered to a new home with a different address. When it did arrive, however, the delivery was very professional and the fridge was in great condition.
My only advice is to allow a little longer for delivery than you actually need to ensure it gets there on time.

Rated 4 out of 5 Good fridge
Pros: shelves are easy to rearrange and easy to clean, freezer space/layout are very usable
Cons: You have to open both refrigerator doors for adequate access to the interior water filter, which seems inefficient.
The doors have accumulated lots of smudgy fingerprints in the month that I've had this, but they clean off easily. No need to use special stainless steel cleaner.
It seems odd that the stainless steel finish adds almost $200 to the price, but it is what it is.
