We purchased this washer to replace a front-loader which was difficult for us to reach into to get the clothes out.
I was a little apprehensive about a top-load washer without an agitator, but after using the washer for a little over a month, I can assure you that it does a SUPERIOR job of cleaning clothes.
If I were forced to say something bad about our new washer, the only thing I can think of is that if you fiddle around with the settings, the cycle time can increase significantly. But I guess that's the tradeoff for all the wonderful features the machine has to offer.

Cleans clothes well in usual time required by high efficiency washer. No foul odor due to seal like in prior front-load washer. Great appearance and very easy to use. Dispensers may seem unnecessary, but actually do make doing laundry much more convenient. Have not had any issues with overly 'twisted clothes' as described in other reviews. Overall, highly recommend the washer-dryer combo.

The washer is not stable when spinning on med or high with towels or sheets. On delicate or others it works ok. We were told by the dealer that there was a problem and ge was working on it. The washer will move around on the floor when this happens. it moves the load to one side sometimes also.
we had the models before the talked to each other and no problems. Will there be a fix?? If not we ned to trade for a different model, The dryer works fine.

I bought this washer because of it's large load capacity. I am short and have always had a difficult time removing clothes after they are washed from the back of the drum, not with this machine with the free spinning drum all the clothes come within easy reach. The automatic despensers make doing laundry a breeze, to the point that my son has taken over much of the laundry duties and I don't have to worry about him adding too much detergent or forgetting the fabric softener, as they are automatically calculated and added correctly. It's very quiet and I love the energy saving features, especially the fact that is uses alot less water than my old machine.
