The variety of choices for washing/drying are fantastic! Also love not having to guess the Load size. The location of the filter in the door is great and it's easier to keep clean and maintain.

The product was easy to install. I have had it over six months. The washer has never gone off balance. The things that I leave in my pockets never get stuck under agitator.

Bought this unit to replace a similar GE predecessor that had reached the end of its lifespan. This one is much quieter and has a good-sized washing machine. One drawback is that the gas connection is placed in such a way that installing it in a closet area (where mine is located) is very difficult. Overall, I've had it for a month and run several loads through with no problem.
