I have been a GE customer for over 15 yrs. but I will never buy another appliance from them.
Thsi is the WORST dw becasue it doesn't do what a basic dw is supposed to do...wash dishes. I have used EVERY different type of detergent, have my water up as hot as it will go and even leave the dishes in for 3-4 cycles and the dishes come out with food all over them.
I contacted GE and they sent 2 techs out who said the machine is not washing the dishes because the govt made it use less water
I will never buy from them again.

This dishwasher replaced a Kenmore which broke after 8 years. The GE will wash your dishes fine, however, it does not hold nearly as much as the Kenmore and the rack system is poorly designed. Yes, it is quiet but the wash cycles are considerably longer than I'm use to. While I was not pleased the Kenmore quit after 8 years, I'd take it over this GE.
