shell Nearly Perfect
Really, really, really like my range. I have the 6 burner with the BBQ grill. OMG, the BBQ puts steakhouse flavor on your meats...awesome. Love the infra broiler too, very nice. Burners awesome...boils water unbelieveably fast, even really big pot. Each burner goes down to perfect simmer. Love versatility of all burners being super hot or simmer. Grates are heavy duty and continuous. Love the rolling racks, very cool the way the edges fold so they quickly snap in or out. One issue, and maybe it's still me needing to work with convection more, but I think maybe the rear of the main oven is still hotter than the door side even with fan running. The rear venting does not interfere with the flames on burners, very gentle flow. In oven rotisserie is great, slightly noisy, but show me a rotisserie which is silent... Wish list...that it had an auto on feature and that it had temp probe. Oh, and it's a bit easy to accidentally engage the self-clean. It's just a setting on the main temp knob, there isn't a second locking step or anything. Overall great buy.
