Rated 4 out of 5 by Mike No knobs I bought this cooktop to get rid of the knobs that our cleaning lady always removed for cleaning. Eventually the knobs worked loose, so settings were not precise. This new cooktop you just wipe off with broad, clean sweeps. However, getting it totally clean and polished takes about five minutes of work. Functionally, it works great, and has a modern, high-tech look. But you can't set things on the touch controls, or they go bananas. For people with bifocals, the power-level numbers are out of focus, between near and distant vision. 11/23/11

Rated 3 out of 5 by RGator sleek looking, but hard to clean I purchased this model because it was a flat top and so it would be easy to clean since there were no knobs for food to get stuck in. Well, the joke is on me. I purchased cooktop cleaner and some of the drippings still wouldn't come off. I ended up finding on the internet that making a baking soda and water paste works as a scrub. Otherwise, it heats up nicely and evenly. It is more complicated to use than one with knobs b/c you have to count the dots to see what level you've selected (1-10 simmer-boil) in order to raise or lower temperature. 7/25/12
