I bought this product because my previous dishwasher "top of the line Maytag" was a piece of junk. It broke down every 6 months at least. I had to throw it away after only 3 1/2 years, because the racks were falling apart.
So far this dishwasher has been great, everything gets really clean. I feel it has a lot of room to load the dishes and I love the silverware rack. Very quite running as well. I cook everyday for a family of 4 and wash a lot of dishes, at least one load everyday. The stainless steel even resists smudging and cleans up with just plain water and a soft towel.

After having this machine repaired 6 times in less than a year, I finally was approved to return it for a refund. When the machine ran it cleaned well. In the year I owned this machine i washed less than 25 loads. Never used an entire box of miele soap because the unit was always broken.

I bought this unit and I am in the process of tossing it out. The unit is quiet and cleans well but it is so over engineered I want to blow my brains out before using it. The interior rack designs are overly specific on exactly was fits where. If you do not have the exact size dishes miele designed this unit for you are out of luck. I will save everyone from my rant but be warned. you will fill this unit with half the dishes any ordinary dishwasher can hold. It is a puzzle every time we use it

sparkling clean dishes and silverware, made my old silverware look brand new, glasses gleem like they just came home from the store. Wish I had this machine for years. Well worth the price.
Does a great job on gnarly pots and pans.
Unloading is a dream with the silverware tray
