I received the range well packed and ready to assemble. I installed it inaccordance with instructions. The burners worked fine.
The oven is a problem. It will not stay ignited at temperatures below 300 degrees. At 350 to 450 it works well - but it goes out if you are trying to use it at less than 300, and it will not re-ignite on its own.
I called Avanti service on December 13, was promised a service call, and have heard nothing since. I will call again and hope for an actual response.

Save yourself the disappointment and aggravation, and resist the low price point temptation of this product.
Mine was installed two weeks ago. A summary of issues I have already experienced:
1) The welds on the grates above the stovetop burners are so cheap and weak, one of the arms has already broken off, making it impossible to balance a kettle or saucepan over one of the burners.
2) The pilot lighter stopped working for two days, with no obvious reason why, forcing us to manually light. Resumed working for no obvious reason, but I am wary that this will happen at any moment and have invested in a trusty Bic bbq lighter.
3) The oven won't stay lit. I've actually read the manual and tried all the suggestions. I wrote to customer service and we need to call in warranty repair service. Remember, I've had the unit for a mere two weeks.
Do yourself a favor and save your pennies for a more reliable unit. There's really a market gap for mid-price ranges like from GE or Whirlpool for this size (24" width), which are reliable but bell and whistle free.
