I love the look of this range, and has been just a joy to use. Everything has worked perfect, and I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

I am returning this oven. Although it is nice because it looks great, that only gets you so far. I thought when i first bought the oven that it was not cooking as quickly as my old oven. So I bought an oven thermometer and lo and behold the oven temperature was 50 degrees less than displayed on the oven. So to bake something at 350 I had to raise the temp to 400. I called samsung and they told me how to re calibrate it. That didn't work so they sent a technician out. He told me that my oven is working properly even though he saw the display read 350 and the thermometer inside reading 300. He said that it's energy efficient and that the element in the back left hand corner of the oven is heating to 350. So I said that I don't need the back left of my oven to be 350 I needed the WHOLE oven to be 350. He said well it's working just fine. I asked him if he was telling me that I had to cook in the back left hand corner of my oven and he said his recommendation was to raise the temperature. I could not believe it. Really? a $1200 oven and all you can say is raise the temperature?? It's clearly not working correctly when the display says 350 and the inside reads 300. So do not buy this oven if you want to cook things at a correct temperature.
