I have had it a few weeks. So far it is a powerful little freezer. It gets really cold, and freezes food more quickly than the freezer of the side by side fridge unit it replaced. It has a strong hinge, and is a little heavy for it's size. Temperature control is around back, but so far I haven't changed it. Time will tell how good it really is. I wish the stainless version wasn't so expensive...

I mounted this freezer on my mobile hot dog cart! It keeps my ice cream at 10 degrees F. Awesome freezer!
I would like to say that I tried to use this with an Inverter and 12 volt power supply and its a bit picky about inverters. If you plan to use an inverter I suggest a high quality inverter. I never purchased a "Cobra" inverter but I heard they are grade A quality.

Thank you for the great customer service and follow-up regarding our recent purchase of the freezer. First, this type and size of freezer is very hard to find at a low price. The pricing on this product is very good and we have purchased a second one for one of our other locations. A lot of care was taken to ship the freezer each time we ordered one and arrived very quickly in very good condition. In addition, AJ Madison took time to ensure that all of the shipping information was correct by calling to confirm prior to shipment. It is good to know that there are still companies in the US who believe that great Customer Service is the key to running a good company. Thank you.
