Have had this for 8 months. I am not totally unhappy with the refrigerator, but it does have some flaws.
1. My 12 year old refrigerator stopped making ice when it was full. On this one, you have to remember to go into the freezer and flip the wire down when it is full and up when it starts to run low.
2. The freezer door stands out about 1/4" farther than the refrigerator door. It bothers me that I can't make them align.
3. The drawers do not open and close smoothly.
4. The worst problem is that everything freezes in the back area of the refrigerator. I have tried to only put large objects back there such as a gallon of milk and it even freezes. So far, I've had to throw out sour cream and whipping because they froze and were not usable. I have talked to three representatives and they all told me to try different things, but nothing has worked.
I'm sorry because I really wanted to love this refrigerator.

I've only owned the Fridge for a few weeks and everything is ok so far. The price was good compared to other outlets and free shipping and no taxes made it a no brainer. While I was putting in the shelves, I noticed plastic was used for parts that may get heavy usage. Hope they hold out long term. Maybe they all use platic now, last fridge was bought 13 years ago.
