I bought this same fridge in 08 and loved it so when I moved I thought I would buy it again, however I feel Frigidaire has "cheapened" the product. For instance the shelves use to have a handle in it so you could turn it to lower it up or down (new one doesn't have that feature you have to remove the racks=hassle) I still haven't been able to balance it using the feet. We are going to have to call Frigidaire for help. The front panel where you push button for water is iffy..seems like it is bumpy? I liked my 08 model better. The drawers are not smooth to open and close. I should have spent the extra money and bought the electrolux...my bad being so cheap..ya get what you pay for. over all if your budget just can't afford the electrolux then these are OK.

Beautiful refrigerator. Purchased 02/27/2011 and it arrived in California on 03/17/2011 without a scratch or ding. I will definitley purchase from AJ Madison again.

This is definitely NOT a counter-depth fridge. Mine does not seem to get very cold. It appears to have a tight seal on the door, but I have mine set to 33 degrees and the drinks are just barely colder than tap water, if even that. The drawers do not slide very easily and make an awful lot of noise that sounds like nails on a chalkboard. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of space either. The ice/water dispenser in the door flings ice all over the place and the water just barely makes it into your cup instead of overshooting the back side of the cup.
The fridge does look pretty good, but I can't say much else about the pros.
