I like the stove when it works. Unfortunately it frequently breaks and requires a long term outage while the repair folks come out to look at it and then take weeks to get the parts in to fix it. There seems to be a quality problem with the stove manufacturing that is causing these repeat issues.
If you do bug, buy the extended warranty as you will probably need it.
I am very displeased with these repeated maintenance issues (at least 4 now) and long times of no stove or oven to contend with. Of course the issues always happen at the worst times when planning or hosting family get togethers!
Another unfortunate design item is that the stove blows cold air out of the front whenever the stove is turned on. This is annoying especially during the colder months and makes standing in front of the stove less pleasant.
On the plus side, The power-boost elements are great and provide quick heat to the plan, boiling water in no time!
Consider getting the all induction tops.... i almost never use the other ones.

-D- Induction is the way to go!
Let me start by telling you that I am a Chef at a private country club , and have been in the business for 25 years.
Over my years of cooking I have worked with every cook surface possible, but never Induction.
With induction I can boil water faster than gas, electric, or propane. controlling the temperature is the same as gas if not better.
I would cook with induction any day.
However I would not choose induction at my work place.
I would give the glass top 3 days.
Overall I gave this stove a 4 do to a few design flaws;
1: Plastic control panel.
2: Cooling element fan blows at you.
3: 2 Induction elements.
I would have the Cooling fan blow towards the back instead of out of the front.
The Performance is outstanding.
From baking to roasting. The Convection oven cooks more evenly than my Industrial convection ovens at
work.
Cooking souffle's is a snap, and come out looking out perfect.
Appearance is nice. a professional look from a distance, then up close you see plastic.
Value, I needed a slide in, and the only other options were over $700-$2000 more.
I would recommend this oven to any one that can't convert over to gas or propane.

Rated 4 out of 5 Beautiful but....
The stove is gorgeous. Looks great in my kitchen. The glass top looks beautiful, until you use it. I purchased the recommended Cerama Bryte liquid and the cleansing cloths. I keep it polished but it is a hard to buff surface to get it shiny. If you have bright lights in your range hood, prepare to work your arm muscles into a knot trying to keep it looking good. I have discarded any pans that have any type of design or marks on the bottoms as it would leave a mark. Cooks Essentials had a ringed design on the flat bottom and it would leave a mark in one minute.
Went out and purchased new expensive Cuisinart pans. No marks from the bottoms but steam drips are no fun.
The cooking performance is great. No complaints in the controls and the heat sensitivity. Love the burner arrangement and function. Oven is beautiful and large. I like the no burner in the bottom (hidden element) so it will be easier to wipe out.
The fan blowing into your abdomen is annoying. At first when you turn on the burner, the air is somewhat cool. Try cooking a turkey for two hours and then pretend you like making the gravy with warm air blowing. The fan continues to blow for about 20 minutes after using the stove top or the oven. Its not loud and if you run your range hood, it just gets duplicated sound which I could do without. The fan design is very poor decision in this beautiful of an appliance.
For looks, its great. I wish I had thought more about this highly reflective glass top and the amount of work to keep it looking good. I'm not a messy cook and I'm aleady tired of polishing it. This is my third stove with glass/ceramic and this is by the far the hardest to clean.
But because it cooks well, I'm giving it 4 stars. I just wonder how good it will look down the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 Great Range
We love it. Just installed, and have used it about a week. The induction burners are really fast, as advertised, but having a few "traditional" burners has allowed us to not have to replace all our pots and pans. Convection oven works very well. Of course it's more expensive, but the slide-in format looks very sleek.
