These appliances (I bought two of them) do what they're supposed to do, but I'm not satisfied with them. The problems began when we changed the hinge from right to left opening, the manufacturer did not make the wiring for the interior light long enough to reach the opposite side, which required a trip to the hardware store and the purchase of supplies to fabricate a new one. Another problem is that the magnetic gasket on the door is TOO magnetic, making the doors difficult to open and actually requiring a certain amount of caution to keep from spilling open liquids inside. The appliance can actually be pulled off it's back feet by a strong person trying to open the door too quickly!. But the most irritating problem is the noise, these machines are far too noisy, they can be heard all over the house when they're running, and that's not an exaggeration. It's not worth the hassle to try going through the process of returning them, but if I had been able to see one in operation before buying, I wouldn't have!

The best unit produced. I purchased this unit about two years ago and I adore this product. I have recommended it to all of my friends and relatives and they all love it.
