I purchased this product a little over 1 year ago and after many visits from a technician my money was refunded from Frididaire. I bought all Frigidaire Gallery appliances and now the microwave is not working one year in. Would never buy Frigidaire again.

The right side door would not close without being pushed. A hinge part has been on back order for over a month. The racks were not properly attached to the back of the unit!!!
A rep came to our house to verify complaints & recommended replacing it. We'll be stuck with another Fridgidaire, but we will NOT replace it with this model.

Have no real complaints about this product...it's been working perfectly. Fridge temp will not go below 33 degrees....(I love ice cold milk) but all else is fine. The water filter is kind of expensive to replace. This is super quiet. I don't even know it's on.
