Rated 1 out of 5 by Noisy, noisy, noisy Buy earplugs if you purchase this fridge as it is extremely noisy. High-pitched humming, knocks, loud vibrations are annoying. Looks nice, but wish I could get my money back. Flimsy shelves. 4/17/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Normal Sounds To answer all complaints on "knocking" sounds, this is normal , due to the new freon being injected into the systems. By dealing with these little inconveniences, you can sleep well at night knowing that its better for the environment. If you read your manual, it clearly states this. Also, how can we complain on value when the prices of appliances are the same price, if not cheaper than 10 yrs. ago??? 4/7/11
