This refrigerator is perfectly designed for counter depth. The design provides more valuable space than our previous full size side by side. It has very easily adjustable shelving and the drawers are a great design. The unit looks great which was a relief as we hadn't seen it in person but it is as it looks online. The bottom freezer is so much more practicle than a side by side. Overall, we couldn't be happier. We were able to get it through AJ Madison significantly cheaper than any where else we looked.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Coley Great Looking Fridge
We've only had this fridge for about a month, so I can't tell you how reliable it is, but gosh does it look nice! The freezer is much smaller than the one we had previously (in a side-by-side) but it actually seems to fit a lot more. There aren't a lot of options when it comes to counter-depth fridges, but this is a great choice. The only thing I find annoying about it is that the cool drawer goes all the way across, which forces you to open both doors in order to pull it out. What a waste of energy.

Rated 5 out of 5 Perfect
We actually purchased this refrigerator because of the dimensions - we have a small kitchen and wanted a refrigerator that would pass through all our doors on arrival and the depth would match our countertops. Besides meeting our needs from a dimension perspective, this refrigerator is perfect for our needs. Although it is smaller, the space is perfect for two and presents no problem with cold or freezer storage. If there is a negative - it is the black finish. You have to be VERY careful not to scratch the door surface - although you can use "car wax" to remove any small scratches. I only clean with water and a microfiber cloth. I'm not sure how this would work with kids.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Nancypants43 Good looking, but not quite user-friendly
This fridge looks great in our kitchen. We went from a side-by-side that was a lemon (Bosch) to this. What works: Plenty of room, lots of different shelf options. lots of door space. The freezer is spacious and the ice machine is still working fine. One of the main complaints I have is the shutting of the doors. You can't just grab what you need and casually shut the door behind you because they will either bounce back or you will hear the door alarm a little while later. Shutting the doors is a pretty specific thing you need to make a point of doing, which can be annoying if you have items in your hands. They are designed so the right door has a folding cover inside to provide extra insulation, and that device must be perfectly in place. The other complaint I have is the need to open both doors in order to open the deli drawer. I knew that when I bought it because I read other reviews that mentioned it, and it really is a drag! So, this fridge is functional, but has some pretty specific design flaws.
