We got this dishwasher a month ago and it does just what it says it does in its video. It is the quietest, best cleaning and best dryinng dishwasher I have ever seen...and what a great price! I have put this dishwasher to the test to see if it really cleans like it says. I scrape off plates but purposely let them dry with food residue on them. I don't even rinse or wipe peanut butter off of knives or dishes. I run the normal wash cycle with sanitation mode, (because we've had sick kids), sahara dry, and my dishes come out so sparkling! Glasses and silverware are without a spot. This dishwasher sprays water on three levels. I admit I often place a dirty bowl or cooking spoon on the top rack where I am sure it won't get enough spray for cleaning...but there is no place for dirty dishes to hide in this dishwasher! I am SO pleased!

This product works wonderfully!! It is true that you cannot put tall dishes in front of the door for the detergent, but that is not a huge deal as long a you are aware of the problem. The main problem I have is the top rack design. There are large spaces on the ends of the racks, so if you have shorter dishes (I have 2 children under 2, so we have lots of small dishes to wash) they will fall off the edges. This makes it more difficult to load. Otherwise, the cycles are great, and I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of my dishes. I also love that it has 3 different dry methods.

Motor and pump broke after less than 4 months of use. Both were repaired under warranty. After two years of use the motor and pump are broken again and the door latch is broken. The seal under the door is weak and will randomly leak water. Not as quiet as I had hoped or was advertised. Cleans well when it is actually functioning as designed which is rarely.

Cleans GREAT! Best dishwasher we ever owned ! Huge capacity, great rack feature, and looks great. Only negative is, while running it is not as quiet as I thought it would be. Not really loud, but you can hear it when it's running....
